Your role at Baxter


This is a key role within the organization that is responsible to determine, reconcile, analyze and perform a settlement for all of the executed agreements that have Incentives payable between Baxter Healthcare Corp.

and our customers as per contracts under the US Hospital Products Division, solving complex requests received thru different sources.

What you'll be doing

  • Process the monthly Failure to Supply requests received.
  • Perform payment process analysis and execution of payment files as per the contract's language for incentives, rebates, or fees.
  • Support on Product Launches, Resigns, etc.
  • Support and Creation of Agreements/Amendments for different customers
  • Audit of contracts to ensure set ups are correct.
  • Approvals of Contracts Set ups and Contracts /Amendments Drafts.
  • Monthly Metrics for the department.
  • Creation and Maintenance of SOPs
  • Contact on escalated issues within the team and resolution supporter.
  • Main contact on eventual corporate audit requests.
  • One over one approval in BAM for all process.
  • Contracts supervisor backup and project initiatives supporter.
  • Analyze, research, make recommendations and implement solutions of business issues and opportunities, along with the US analysts, supervisors and managers
  • Collaborator on quality assurance contracts processes to ensure and provide feedback improvements within the team.
  • Serve as SME on planning and execution, process documentation, training, golive, support and stabilization as needed.
  • Keep an open communication (verbal and written) the Team Members as well with the leadership team.
  • Provide outstanding Customer Service to all internal/external customers.
  • Support as backup for any other activity required in the team, based on previous training plans, by the Supervisor
  • Responsible for contributions to and/or creations of standard operating procedures and the maintenance of those procedures.
  • Analyze research, make recommendations and implement solutions of business issues and opportunities along with the Supervisor and Manager.
  • Adhoc reporting and requests as well as special requests from the business
  • Keeps close monitor of the Metrics to ensure the KPIs are meet.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree on Business Administration (Desired) or a similar field
  • Demonstration of key finance competencies and qualifications
  • Fully bilingual (English / Spanish) as a requirement. B2 or B2+ required.
  • Excel proficiency (Intermediate/Advanced)
  • Experience in AS400, ERP (JDE Oracle Version)
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
