    British American Tobacco has an exciting opportunity for a Project OTC Senior Analyst in Costa Rica

    DBS-OTC Team is looking for a resource focus to provide technical resolution for the daily activities. Ensure delivery of timely and accurate information. Highly motivated and detail oriented to maintain customer satisfaction, problem solver and lead the members of team with your decisions.

    Your key responsibilities will include

  • Effectively support/ Develop all opportunities identify by OTC team for process improvement, waste removal, and cost reduction
  • Planning, facilitating, and executing continuous improvement, working to continuously improve processes for the complete OTC team -collaborating with multiple functions.
  • Clearly defining program objectives and scope.Evaluating and prioritizing potential improvements based on gains and required effort.
  • Securing employee commitment (ex: process managers) for proactive change management
  • Establishing a clear and well-articulated implementation plan
  • Establishing criteria for the project's success and preparing a sound statement of constraints/limiting factors; Identifying intervention priorities and indicators
  • Appropriately implementing principles of governance; resolving technical problems such as formulation, equipment, product, interpretation of regulations, and resource availability.
  • Conducting detailed analysis of the current situation that accurately describes the issues and mapping out in detail the desired situation.
  • What are we looking for?

  • Technical Degree in computer engineering or related fields.
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English level 80%+) and experience in: 5S, Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, Scrum/Agile, Value Stream Mapping, Develop and Macro Creation, Power BI or SAP.
  • Detail oriented, good interpersonal relationships with all levels within the organization, proactive, flexibility and diplomacy when dealing with staff and co-workers and the ability to weigh and manage priorities.
  • Must have 2+ years of experience in computer, algorithms, program computer.
  • Advanced Excel, reading codes and resolution books, visual basic.
  • Flexible and adaptable to work with various levels of employees, leaders and ability to meet deadlines prioritizing daily activities.
