Objetivo: Brindar apoyo en la intermediación entre proveedores y compañía mediante la generación y consecución de la documentación necesaria para asegurar el cubrimiento de las solicitudes de insumos y servicios requeridos para el adecuado funcionamiento de la sucursal

Responsabilidades:

Atención al personal
Encargada de documentación
Recepción de facturas y llamadas
Realizar órdenes de compras
Realizar reservaciones necesarias
Envíos de correspondencia nacional e internacional
Manejo de Seguridad y Salud
Encargada de trámites de residencia o permisos de trabajo
