2+ years of finance operations/shared services, accounts payable, account receivable (collections) or general ledger experience

Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level

Amazon Finance & Global Business Services (FGBS) plays a key role in the company's mission to be Earth's most customer centric company.

FGBS includes finance functions like Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, Tax, as well as other functions like Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF), Investor Relations, and Benchmark.

Key Responsibilities include:

Invoice validation and entry according the KPIs to achieve the company goals.
Resolution of vendor inquiries related to invoices and payments.
Partnering with vendors to resolve account statement discrepancies.
Reconcile, audit, and monitor vendor accounts with high complexity.
Work closely with finance operations teams in different locations for timely transaction processing.
Deliver guide to vendors to clarify accounts payable processes.
Engage with retail, inbound operations or accounting for vendor inquires resolution.
Support organizational/operational projects
