SUMMARY: Design and build integrations between applications primarily using Anypoint platform. Understand business requirements to work with stakeholders, developers, and end users to propose short and long-term strategic roadmaps and develop, deploy, and implement the solutions enabling strategic business goals.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the end-to-end architecture of a solution, including its assembly and integration into the IT architecture principles. Build, orchestrate, and deploy complex integration architectures, as well as defining system, process, and experience layers. Document and assist in implementing MuleSoft based architectures following best practices. Act as a technical lead, directing and mentoring team in building and maintaining environment and integration components. Responsible for the management and mitigation of technical risks, ensuring that the solution services can be realistically delivered by the underlying technology components.

•Responsible for keeping the Corporate Integrations Team up to date with latest MuleSoft product features.

•Guide the integrations team to follow design and development best practices.

•Guide developers to build integrations/applications/APIs based on optimal, resilient and robust designs.

•Responsible to designing and building complex integrations using Anypoint Platform.

•Work with domain specific Solution Architects (HCM/ERP) and assist them in completing Technical Design documents by incorporating Mule Specific components/diagrams and process details.

•Implement Integrations and data security best practices within the team.

•Work with developers to ensure that they are following development and deployment best practices.

•Review developers' code and share feedback for improvements.

•Document designs, solutions, best practices etc.

EDUCATION :Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or a related field; or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to fourteen (14) years.

EXPERIENCE: 10+ years of information technology experience; with at least 8 years of experience in building integration projects using Anypoint platform, Anypoint Studio 7.x. Experience of building integrations with Oracle

HCM and ERP Cloud Applications will be a strong advantage.

TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY:

•Proficient in using Anypoint Platform, Anypoint Studio 6.x, Anypoint Studio 7.x, Anypoint Design Center for designing and building Mule Applications and APIs.

•Experience in Core Java, Messaging (JMS), Web API - SOAP, REST and authentication methods such as OAuth and SAML.

•Experience with Services Oriented Architecture and RESTful Architecture, web services development.

•Experience delivering solutions using integration design patterns, architectures, and integration. technology beyond point-to-point integrations (publish/subscribe, event-based orchestration).

•Experience with Any point Runtime Manager and Enterprise release capabilities.

•Experience with event-driven architecture.

•Experience with deploying mavenized projects to MuleSoft Cloudhub

•Strong knowledge of Design Center, Exchange, Runtime Manager, API Manager.

•Strong knowledge of VPC and Cloudhub networking.

•Experience in developing Mulesoft solutions connected to software as a service for ERP or HCM systems.

•Experience with implementing security on API. Utilize whitelisting, credentials based. authorization and 1-way and 2-way SSL configuration in the Mulesoft platform.

•Experience developing Mulesoft solutions using relational databases like DB2 on mainframe, MSSQL or Oracle databases.

•Strong knowledge of Dataweave mapping JSON, CSV and flat file definitions.

•Experience working in an agile SDLC, as well as stricter SDLC models when necessary.

•RAML specifications/build experience.

•Experience in J2EE, Java Servlets, JMS, EJB, Design Patterns & Web services.

•Experience in creating custom Mule connector.

•Good hands-on experience on API Manager, Runtime Manager, RAML, Exchange, Design Center.

•Code Development – Using DWL and Unit Testing using MUnits.

•Collaboration with integration teams.

•Documentation of API contracts.

•Aware of end-to-end CI/CD process for deploying Mule APIs.

•Hands-on experience with Mulesoft connectors.

Translate requirements into efficient technical designs/architecture with precision and work with development team to walk them through the design. Continuously communicate with the development team to ensure that dev is in alignment with design.

OTHER: Bilingual English/ Spanish. Knowledge on AWS API Gateway, Apache Camel, Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud.
