- Act as the primary contact for education customer service, addressing inquiries and providing support.
- Support customers in setting up accounts on the SKiLL platform.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through calls and information provision.
- Handle data processing for customer information and analytics.
- Utilize CRM for customer information lookup and validation.
- Create prospect numbers for event registration processes.
- 1-2 years in customer service or education support role.
- 1-2 years in a professional work environment.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- English and French speaking mandatory.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Detailed-oriented with multitasking skills.
- Problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
- Advanced MS Office skills; SAP and Cvent proficiency preferred.
- Understanding of event planning and LEAN Office Management.
