The Cloud Service Engineer is responsible for the provision and configure servers with mandated infrastructure components while following industry best practices.

What you'll do:

Ensure ongoing operating system compliance with security protocols and regulatory standards

Support ancillary systems utilized by infrastructure teams

Resolve server and operating system infrastructure incidents
Provide Tier 2 diagnostics/troubleshooting for infrastructure incidents and problems
Provide Tier 2 assistance to Tier 1 server teams
Proactively monitor infrastructure health and capacity
Provide audit and compliance data as required
Provide specialty support for Unix/Linux systems, and cloud enabled solutions.

What experience you need:

2 years experience in Automate capabilities into the overall platform
2 years experience document systems, processes, incidents, and changes
2 years overall experience working with the following technologies
:Google Cloud or AWS development, Jenkins, Chef, Terraform and Ant Experience. Strong GitHub skills
2 years of experience with
Python and/or Bash
2 years of
OS (RedHat/Windows Server) experience
English proficiency B2 or above

What could set you apart:

Active Cloud Certification strongly preferred

Experience with DISA STIG Configuration & Management
CIS Benchmark expertise
Experience with Public Cloud environments, AWS, AZURE and GCP
Solid communication skills including strong verbal presentation skills. Ability to communicate security concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences and able to interact with all levels of the organization.
Hands on experience in ServiceNow Discovery/CMDB solution design & configuration.
Scripting using JavaScript, Groovy, PowerShell, Bash, RegEx, SQL, etc.
