    Business Analyst – SuccessFactors

    As part of the Digital People Systems team, you would work in developing and supporting business processes and applications to meet the needs of the Internal customers across COEs. This position partners with Internal Stakeholders, as customers, to understand their current processes and document system requirements. This member of the team configures systems to meet business needs and provides functional oversight for custom software development.

    We also need someone who will:

    • provide support for existing systems and procedures
    • assist in project management, implementation planning and test approach/test planning
    • act as a liaison with other teams, internally and externally

    Based on team assignment and specific projects, the scope of this position includes, but is not limited to, enterprise-wide business systems activities for the technology and application portfolio supported by Talent Attraction within The People Team.

    Responsibilities:

    Maintain open communications and relationships with key Business Leaders, Internal customers, and External Partners/Vendors. As an authority in RCM and ONB, you will demonstrate knowledge of Moody's processes and conduct basic training as needed.

    The BA also serves as someone who supports and maintains existing applications by being able to:

    • resolve a wide range of issues and incidents.
    • maintain and monitor SAP's RCM and ONB products, processes, and jobs.
    • create and update operational procedures and documentation.
    • provide functional and technical guidance to other team members.

    Implementation of process improvements and system enhancements of varying levels of complexity to meet customer and business needs is a key requirement of a Business Analyst. We need someone who will:

    • analyze and document current workflows and find areas for improvement.
    • lead in the design of appropriate process modifications
    • plan and conduct system testing to ensure modifications meet internal client specifications.
    • develop and maintain proper documentation and implement required changes going forward.

    We expect you to also lead and participate in projects, helping to collect and detail business requirements, complete application design, taking into account role/user security. We will also need you to

    • participate in application build, including system configuration, unit testing, and reviews.
    • develop test strategy, test scripts, and perform execution of testing.
    • assist with data conversions and validations.
    • develop implementation plans and validate changes to production.

    What you bring

    Required Qualifications include:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field -OR- equivalent combination of education and work experience
    • 3+ years meaningful work experience in SuccessFactorsRecruiting and Onboarding modules.
    • experience with system implementation and configuration

    Other Qualifications:

    The ideal candidate for this role has experience with SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, and knowledge of processes within Talent Attraction/Recruiting. Communicating in technical and non-technical terms, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities and strong customer service skills most are effective. Finally, the ability to interpret and complete strategy with a focus on quality and agility will help you be most successful in this role.
