The General Services Travel Management Sr. Analyst is a senior-level professional responsible for leading strategies to reduce expenses across Citi, in coordination with the Corporate Services function. The overall objective is to utilize in-depth knowledge to develop and execute strategies to improve processes and ensure operational efficiency. This role regularly assumes leadership role and has some supervisory responsibilities.
Responsible for the clusters' Corporate Vehicle and Ground Transportation Program including vehicle fleet, shuttle programs, rental, rail, taxi and black car services.
Responsibilities of this team include the end-to-end management of the cluster's Fleet and Ground Transportation Programs in line with the Global Strategy.
Responsible for LATAM Corporate Vehicle and Ground Transportation.
The incumbent will be part of a small team, partnering with Cluster Strategy & Program Leads along with country-level program leads, providing the following services:
Policy/Procedure Management
Program Compliance and Controls Monitoring & Management (including MCA)
Management Reporting & Data Management
Operating Reviews & Presentations
Risk & Controls Oversight, Monitoring and Reporting
Communications (internal/external)
