    **Job Summary**

    We are seeking a Spa Specialist to join our team at the Costa Rica Marriott Hotel Hacienda Belen. As a key member of our spa operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while promoting spa services and retail offerings.

    Description

    As a Spa Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting various spa functions, including promoting services, scheduling reservations, confirming appointments, and processing payments. You will also be responsible for creating a safe work environment, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide exceptional service to guests while promoting spa services and retail offerings
    • Schedule reservations and confirm appointments
    • Process payments and manage reservation software
    • Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized workspace
    • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

    Requirements

    To be successful as a Spa Specialist, you will need:

    • A high school diploma or equivalent
    • No related work experience required
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
