- Enhance manufacturing processes by utilizing engineering techniques such as SIX Sigma and LEAN methods for continuous improvement
- Design and optimize equipment, tools, and fixtures to streamline manufacturing processes
- Conduct and analyze experiments to validate processes and provide insights for improvement
- Address and resolve manufacturing and compliance issues efficiently
- Create training materials to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure seamless production
- Manage project plans to meet customer expectations using project management tools
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with MS Project and CAD experience being a plus
- Strong documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of statistical techniques
- Prior experience with lab/industrial equipment
- Solid problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Understanding of engineering principles and equipment
