Today we're excited to be looking for a Analyst Real Time Amplification Costa Rica to join our Integrated Marketing Experiences (IMX) network.

The IMX network will design, produce, and activate bold, edgy and exciting brand experiences that inspire, provoke and engage consumers.

What you'll do for us

The Analyst Real Time Amplification Costa Rica will develop the social media plans and manage the real-time amplification of the portfolio (calendar, content and media) at a multi-country level (Panamá, Costa Rica y Nicaragua)

Ensure that we have one presence, one voice, and one calendar for our brands in all the various social media channels, that are connected to global strategies and guidelines as well as relevant to the LATAM region

Be the main contact point for media partners (FB, Twitter, Google, etc.) at a multi-country

Work in close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure the social media cycle (listen-speak-react-amplify) is being followed to enrich and deliver the right conversation at the right time to the right consumer/shopper


Lift and shift best practices from other regions around the world and other zones within LATAM in how to establish effective, consistent, and efficient media plans.


Carry out duties individually while interacting regularly with the global Integrated Marketing Experiences (IMX) team, key players in the LATAM IMX team, Marketing Category Leaders, Creative Strategists and Brand Managers and the Franchise Marketing teams.

Establish a routine with the crisis management team in order to solve potential issues in social media in a timely manner

Qualifications and Requirements

2+ years of experience in Media Planning Strategy, social media and Real Time Experience

Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication or related is required

Must be full bilingual with both English and Spanish

Deep understanding of the evolved media landscape and e-commerce

At least 1 year of experience working in agencies or media companies is mandatory (i

e:
agencies, production houses, media companies, influencers)

Preference for experience developing non-conventional communication plans, with heavy focus on digital marketing and story doing


Must have experience in the following:
