Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

Meet SLA's and expected response times as well as productivity goals.
Attend escalations when assigned by manager or supervisor
Train new agents when required.
Follow up with users in a timely manner and proactively.

Qualifications:

Fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Good analytical skills in order to determine the best course of action when encountering a customer service issue.
Very good organizational skills and prioritization.
Ability to work as part of team with constant interaction and collaboration with peers.
Basic College (BA) or (BS) or studies in progress preferred.

Desirable:

Understanding of P2P, accounting or finance processes.
Operational experience in a shared services environment.
