Job Purpose:
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet SLA's and expected response times as well as productivity goals.
- Attend escalations when assigned by manager or supervisor
- Train new agents when required.
- Follow up with users in a timely manner and proactively.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Good analytical skills in order to determine the best course of action when encountering a customer service issue.
- Very good organizational skills and prioritization.
- Ability to work as part of team with constant interaction and collaboration with peers.
- Basic College (BA) or (BS) or studies in progress preferred.
Desirable:
- Understanding of P2P, accounting or finance processes.
- Operational experience in a shared services environment.
