As ServiceNow Onboarding Digital Analyst.

you will help plan and deliver solutions in Pfizer's global deployment of Onboarding in ServiceNow, which has portals for Pre-Hires, New Hires, Hiring Managers and Onboarding Associates to streamline the Onboarding process for the company.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Work as part of the Onboarding squad to develop project timelines based on business requests.
Define and communicate asis and tobe business processes within the Onboarding process.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional requirements.
Design and oversee the development of the Onboarding solution in ServiceNow.
Develop and organize User Stories and contribute to backlog planning for Agile projects.
Perform thorough testing, as needed.
Work with managed service providers to develop automated testing capabilities.
Ensure delivery of solutions are ontime, onbudget, and inclusive of the scope committed to the business.
Influence project timelines, cadence and risks.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business, or an affiliated field.
5+ years of experience designing and implementing custom or SaaS solutions.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Selfmotivated and flexible with the ability to work effectively and independently in a dynamic problemsolving environment.
Innovative mindset with strong deliveryoriented values.
Working experience with Agile development methodology.
Foundational knowledge of ServiceNow.
Knowledge of corporate enterprise systems.
Ability to make sound decisions to resolve complex issues.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with ServiceNow HRSD, Agent Workspace and Portal.
Experience with integrations.
Experience with Workday.
Experience with Jira for story authoring, backlog grooming and sprint management.
Demonstrated ability to produce positive outcomes working in matrixed teams that span multiple functions.
Able to work in ambiguous situations as part of a project team.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

Occasional additional hours in the evening or weekends as necessitated by workload, project timelines, or meetings with global vendors and peers.
Domestic and International travel up to 20%.
