In this role, you will be able to participate in the Technical Support Department.What you'll do
- Build and test automation solutions following the configuration standards, architecture framework, best practices, and project timelines.
- Participate in the design of solutions.
- Create solutions documentation and keep it updated.
- Partner with the Infrastructure Team to set up the automation environments.
- Collaborate with the Support Team to perform troubleshooting, fixes, and maintenance of solutions
What experience you need
- Last year of Technical Support in Technical High School
- Proficient in English oral and written (B2 or above).
- Schedule availability Monday
- Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
