About You


This position offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of data-driven decision-making, drive insights that impact business strategies, and lead a team of talented analysts.

We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and visionary leader who can leverage data to drive business growth and innovation.


Who you are?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • Business management and commercial understanding. Desirable experience working with sales and marketing teams.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) working in a business analytics or datadriven decisionmaking role, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes.
  • Working as leader/coordinator or related at least 2 years
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and advanced analytics techniques
  • Proficiency in analytical tools and software such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, and/or Power BI.

  • Lead and manage a team of analysts, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative and highperforming culture.
  • Exhibit exceptional problemsolving skills, enabling them to identify key business challenges and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling them to effectively convey complex findings to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, develop datadriven strategies, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Design and implement robust analytics frameworks, methodologies, and processes to ensure efficient and accurate data analysis
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses on large and complex datasets using advanced analytics techniques, statistical models, and visualization tools.
  • Develop and maintain predictive models, forecasting tools, and datadriven reporting systems to support business planning and decisionmaking processes.
  • Offer findings and insights to senior management and other stakeholders in clear and impactful visualizations and reports.
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools and technologies related to business analytics, and assess their potential impact on the organization.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data governance, data quality, and data integrity across systems and processes.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present complex findings and insights clearly and concisely to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
