Job Summary
The Renewal Specialist Admin is responsible for supporting the Global Renewal Specialist team through administrative execution of renewal, add-on, and upgrade processes. This role ensures quote accuracy, proper CRM hygiene, and timely submission of opportunities, directly contributing to renewal efficiency and revenue continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate renewal, add-on, and upgrade quotes as required.
- Refresh outstanding quotes, including proration and expiration updates.
- Review discounts, promotional terms, payment conditions, and free months applied at purchase or renewal.
- Act as a secondary reviewer to ensure opportunity hygiene, accurate data entry, and correct staging within CRM.
- Submit won opportunities for processing as requested.
- Support custom quote creation when needed.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
- Log and monitor personal performance statistics daily.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate cross-functionally as required.
- Provide backup support for team members when necessary.
- Adhere to company policies and operational procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a Renewals Admin, Renewal Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar role within a B2B subscription/SaaS environment.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
- Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Proven experience generating and managing high-volume renewal, add-on, and upgrade quotes.
- Hands-on experience working within Salesforce (or similar CRM) managing opportunities, staging, data hygiene, and quote revisions.
- Experience reviewing pricing structures, discounts, proration logic, renewal terms, and payment conditions in subscription models (ARR-based environments preferred).
- Strong understanding of subscription lifecycle processes, including renewals, upsells, co-terms, and amendments.
- Experience submitting won opportunities for order processing and ensuring CRM-to-finance alignment.
- Ability to manage quote refresh cycles, expiration tracking, and renewal pipelines with accuracy and speed.
- Advanced Excel skills (data validation, reporting, tracking metrics preferred).
