El/La
Media Research Specialist
es responsable de analizar, interpretar y transformar datos de medios y audiencias en insights accionables que apoyen la toma de decisiones estratégicas en campañas publicitarias. Este rol trabaja de manera transversal con equipos de planificación, cuentas, estrategia y finanzas, asegurando que las recomendaciones estén basadas en datos confiables y relevantes del mercado, la competencia y el comportamiento del consumidor.

, identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y contribuir a la efectividad de las estrategias de comunicación.
Responsabilidades
- Recopilar, analizar e interpretar datos de audiencia, consumo de medios y performance de campañas.
- Elaborar estudios de mercado, análisis competitivos y reportes de tendencias del ecosistema media.
- Evaluar la efectividad de los canales de comunicación (digital, TV, radio, OOH, social media, etc.).
- Generar insights estratégicos para apoyar la planificación y optimización de campañas publicitarias.
- Preparar reportes y presentaciones claras para clientes internos y externos.
- Monitorear KPIs de medios y proponer mejoras basadas en resultados.
- Trabajar con herramientas de research y medición (audiencias, reach, frecuencia, engagement, ROI).
- Colaborar con equipos de Media Planning, Performance, Finanzas y Cuentas.
- Mantenerse actualizado/a sobre nuevas metodologías de investigación, plataformas y tendencias del mercado publicitario.
- Asegurar la calidad, consistencia y precisión de la información entregada.
Cualificaciones
- Licenciatura o Bachillerato en Marketing, Publicidad, Comunicación, Estadística, Economía, Administración o carreras afines.
- Experiencia previa (1–3 años) en investigación de medios, análisis de datos, media planning o roles similares.
- Deseable experiencia en agencias de publicidad, medios, consultoras o áreas de marketing.
- Conocimiento de métricas de medios y marketing (reach, GRPs, CPM, CPA, CTR, ROI, etc.).
- Manejo de herramientas de análisis y reporting (Excel avanzado, PowerPoint).
- Deseable experiencia con herramientas de research y medición de audiencias (ej. Kantar, Nielsen, Comscore, Google Analytics, plataformas de social media).
- Capacidad para interpretar grandes volúmenes de datos y convertirlos en insights claros.
