Job Description:

Work with the Client Success Automation Team to build "Apps" using Microsoft's Power Apps and Power Automate. This person will work with internal clients following a Scrum-Agile development framework.

On this project the intern might need to meet with business/process SMEs and analyze the feasibility of the automation as well as work with business developers building the Power Apps solutions.

Functions:

Extract steps from process observations, manage business exceptions.
Collaborates directly with other internal groups to successfully resolve the automation task to the internal user's satisfaction.
Interpret project specifications and utilize the most effective approach to produce the desired results accurately and efficiently.
Maintain constant communication with the business developer and business analyst on the project progress.
Work on assigned tasks during a sprint to create a minimum viable product.
Design app interfaces with Power Apps.
Code on Power FX (The lowcode language used across Microsoft Power Platform) the required functionalities of the product iteration.
Attend to the Team's Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Review).
Analyze tools, procedures, systems, making recommendations for new technology.

Qualifications:

IT or Development related study fields.
Strong PC skills in MS Office.
Basic knowledge with Smart Automation Technologies (RPA, Chatbot, Power Apps, etc.) Preferred
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Great problem solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to communicate fluently in English.
Basic project management understanding.
Multitasking capabilities.
Strong customer service skills
Detail oriented
