Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Perform Item Audits per agreed upon schedule and work with the site leaders to maintain data integrity on Material Master Data Attributes
  • Complete Mass download of items as assigned into the ERP System
  • Complete all Mass Update Requests from the Sites as assigned
  • Maintain the Master Data Management Guidelines and Procedures for the world area based on the Guidance from the Functional Leader
  • Maintain Master Data Related KPIs and Provide relevant information for the organization
  • Build Automation Tools, like PowerBI, to improve efficiency of master data management
  • Perform all other assigned tasks related to the role.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline
  • 12 years' experience in Purchasing or Production Scheduling/Planning

Language Skills

  • English Proficiency Required

Other requirements

  • Experience working with Oracle ERP system preferred
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good analytic and problemsolving skills and be attentive to detail work in a dynamic environment.
