Role:
This position will assist the Local Finance Manager with Payroll and P&L Management.

Responsibilities:

- + Ensure accurate payroll processing and booking.

Generate reports for the accounting MVD team.
Streamline the payroll process.
Provide training to the GS Team on optimizing the payroll system.
Oversight:

ensure correct monthly provisions and provision balances.

Analyze payroll impact on results and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Implement process automation.
Assist the Local Finance team in cost control and FTE pricing.
Support the Working Capital team in supplier payments.
Work schedule:

Monday to Friday 7:45am to 4:45pm (Off Saturday and Sunday) 100% on-site

Skills and Experiences:

- + Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.

Minimum one year of experience in Payroll and Finance.
Proficiency in working with ERP Exactus.
Intermediate level of written and oral English.
Advanced Excel skills.
A process-oriented mindset (experience with six sigma is a bonus).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
