The intern will be supporting a variety of tasks in HR Compliance.


Job Duties:
Assists in the creation and maintenance of human resources compliance initiatives working closely with internal stakeholders. Handle basic employee & HR partner questions about Compliance related policies or procedures. Support HR Leads with the process of sponsored employee visas and extensions for immigration purposes. Conduct HR Compliance audit review with supervision of HR Leads. Inputs HR-related data and compiles standard reports.

Responsibilities:


  • Provide backup support in the execution of the Compliance program by ensuring HR policies and procedures are developed and implemented across the enterprise.
  • Assist with HR auditing functions, prepare compliance reports, handle compliance related inquiries from internal/external clients under supervision of HR Leads, and attend regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to designated project or initiative.
  • Process governance / compliance support HR Compliance ensures all processes and transactions are done appropriate and are compliant.
  • Assist HR Leads on administrative tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements:


  • Pursuing a graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or other associate degree.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Power Point, or Visio.
  • Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication skills (English and Spanish).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn quickly and experience producing high quality work in short periods of time.
  • Advanced analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills.
