    Asistente Ejecutivo

    Misión del puesto

    Fornecer apoyo administrativo a la dirección del GBS, así como apoyar la gestión de mejora continua del Centro de Servicios.

    Responsabilidades:

    • Dar apoyo a los directores y ejecutivos en temas administrativos (coordinar, reservar y dar seguimiento a reuniones, recopilación de información y presentaciones).
    • Coordinar eventos generales del sitio.
    • A cargo de la logística de visitas corporativas.
    • Soporte en viajes del Board cuando lo requieran (solicitudes de viaje, reservas de hotel, transporte, seguridad y relacionados).
    • Mantener al día y renovar contratos.
    • Apoiar comunicaciones del GBS.
    • Apoyar en temas de Employee Services como transporte, coordinación de actividades sociales y temas de HR necesarios.
    • Apoyar en la gestión de compras de GBS.
    • Soporte en reporte de T&E.
    • CI/OPEX soporte.

    Requisitos:

    • Bachiller o estudiante avanzado en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de empresas, finanzas, contabilidad o afines.
    • 2+ años de experiencia en funciones administrativas.
    • Manejo de inglés avanzado (tiene contacto e interacción con personas de otras regiones).
    • Conocimiento en SAP.
    • Excel intermedio.
    • Planificación y organización.
    • Servicio al cliente.
