As a Risk Management Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the identification, assessment, and mitigation of potential risks that could impact our organization's objectives.

Reporting directly to the Risk Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and tracking the status of open risk issues, facilitating effective communication between cross-functional teams, and providing valuable insights to senior leadership.

Your role will be critical in maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our risk landscape and driving collaborative efforts to address and manage risk items.

A Day in this Role:

  • Risk Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and manage the status of open risk issues across the organization. Maintain an uptodate register of risks, their severity, and mitigation plans. Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate risk status to key stakeholders, including the Risk Manager and senior leadership.
  • Collaboration and Engagement: Act as a liaison between various departments and crossfunctional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration on riskrelated matters. Facilitate meetings and discussions to drive crossfunctional engagement in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation efforts.
  • Mitigation Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies in alignment with organizational objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and recommend appropriate risk responses, including avoidance, acceptance, transfer, or mitigation.
  • Training: Assist in monitoring and reporting of employee training course completion.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in the ongoing enhancement of risk management processes and methodologies. Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to the refinement of risk assessment techniques.
  • Other risk management related tasks as assigned by the Risk Manager.

The Expertise Requested:

  • Proven experience in risk management, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Compliance and/or risk management experience in a regulated industry
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify patterns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in risk management software tools and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Familiarity with industrystandard risk assessment frameworks and methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
