    JBS Dev is currently looking for a Sales Development Representative who will be responsible for identifying, contacting and qualifying potential clients to develop and generate new business opportunities.

    They must be able to establish effective rapport with appropriate client executives to understand their needs and work with JBS's leadership team to deliver accurate estimates and proposals.


    As an SDR, you will be selling strategy and architecture, data warehousing, business intelligence and data science, mobile application development, and visual interface design.

    Our clients come from varied industries such as SaaS, retail, financial services, education, non-profit, and healthcare.


    Overall, we combine a strong understanding of several technologies and stacks to find the one that fits best, is the most cost-efficient and workable solution for a customer.

    We are an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Advanced Consulting Partner with AWS Retail Competency as well as a Microsoft Gold Partner.

    Required Skills

    4+ years in a BDR/SDR or similar position
    Experience in lead generation through cold-calling, emailing and social media channels
    Ability to articulate solutions and their value to IT and business executives
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with experience negotiating and handling objections
    Must be extremely coachable and willing to receive and implement feedback
    Must have excellent organizational, time management, writing, communication, decision-making, and presentation skills

    You will be part of our founding Sales team and play a key role in how the department grows over the next year and beyond
    Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to generate top of funnel activity and pipeline
    Execute outbound prospecting initiatives and lead outreach on target accounts by utilizing cadences/sequences to manage email, calls, and LinkedIn
    Identify target accounts and prospects and then effectively pitch JBS's unique solution to set appointments with qualified leads
    Set meetings for the Sales team to follow up with qualified leads and manage the handover process
