We're looking for an inspired, motivated, and experienced Senior User Interface Designer to join a creative, collaborative environment focused on delivering top-notch digital experiences for highly recognizable international brands.

In this role, you will

Design solutions that meet or exceed strategic objectives in a highly collaborative environment.
Creates UI components and design systems, storyboards, mood boards, initial visual concepts, design layouts, functional design solutions, site grids.
Leads visual and UI design projects with minimum Design Lead support.
Understands, analyses, and responds to client briefs and requests.
Works closely with development teams to ensure that design specifications are implemented.
Provides reliable quality assurance on all creative deliverables. Anticipates issues and flags situations that might impact quality or delivery success.
Actively participates in strategic brainstorming, design thinking and collaboration sessions, and creative brief.
Thinks creatively and justifies concepts to clients and team members.
Understands and applies the design thinking cycle to projects when is appropriate.
Balances strategic development with client objectives.
Builds and maintains a rapport with team members, project managers, and other disciplines' key team members.
Stays up to date with recent design trends and new technologies.
Drives design inspiration and learning among team members.

What are we looking for? Besides a great attitude,

You should have:

Advanced English Proficiency (
B2+ reading, writing, and conversation)
4+ yrs. experience in advertising agencies, digital agencies, design agencies, and startups.
Strong design portfolio, including pieces for international clients.

Experience
in Website UI Design, preferably for international clients and global brands.

Solid understanding of interactivity and animation principles and best practices.
Extensive knowledge of design systems, visual design principles, and design trends.
Solid understanding of UX principles, trends, and theory.
Extensive experience with the latest design and prototyping tools used in UI. These tools include (but are not limited to)
:Figma,
Sketch and Adobe XD.
Understanding productivity and remote collaboration tools: MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Jira, Trello, Slack, Zoom, Acrobat, Drive, Box, Paper, Evernote.
Extensive knowledge of design systems frameworks such as Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines.
Understanding of CMS and frameworks such as Bootstrap, Foundation, WordPress, AEM, or others

It's a plus if you have:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design Advertising Design or related field or equivalent experience in advertising and/or digital agencies or startups.
Experience with Illustration.
Previous experience in Agile project methodologies
Background in Front End Development (HTML/CSS/Javascript)
Any certification, course, or training on UX, UI, visual design, design systems, and/or design thinking.
