Support and coordinate end to end Finance process improvement projects including process analysis, design, and overall execution.

Advise and support project teams through project identification, planning (scope and goals definition, project roles and responsibilities, deliverables, results measurement) and execution.


  • Support the coordination of large cross functional projects across Moody's.
  • Independently lead projects of small to medium scale and complexity
  • Act as a champion to bring processcentric thinking and behavior. Facilitate the creation of standard processes, metrics and process management tools to sustain, adapt, and continuously improve. Challenge teams to think differently and approach problems in a new way. Support the overall business enablement strategy implementation of the process excellence program including supplying with new insights.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring and chip into the development of trainings and workshops on project management and process improvement.
  • Support administration, maintenance and improvements of Process Excellence SharePoint and PowerBi Process Excellence substantial metric Dashboard. Engage with partners to supervise and collect project metrics results.
  • Actively participate in Process Excellence Communications and support the creation of related content.
  • A minimum of 35 years project management / process improvement experience
  • Experience with 6 Sigma, Lean, Agile, Design Thinking
  • Strong process mapping and Visio skills
  • Proficient in Power Point, Excel and SharePoint.
  • Power Bi skills are a plus.
  • Yellow Belt Certification
  • Green Belt certification preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present to all levels of
