- Assess key data needs, perform data analysis, and modeling to support program ROI
- Manage global category programs with significant spend, ensuring coordination across regions
- Report on key targets, projects, and financial goals
- Coordinate data from multiple sources to develop key program insights
- Drive process improvements and identify automation opportunities in indirect procurement
- Deliver executive-level presentations on key initiatives and implementation updates
- Write clear business requirements and collaborate with sites on sourcing proposals
- Optimize vendor base and ensure program compliance
- Track project targets and drive continuous improvement through PPI business systems
- Identify resource constraints and influence partners to achieve targets
- Facilitate diverse thinking to enable problem-solving
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business analysis, finance, or related field
- Certification in Project Management is desirable
- Consulting experience in procurement analytics and program management
- 3+ years in procurement/category management and negotiation skills
- Experience in business analysis and supplier performance evaluation
- Proficiency in MS-Office tools and project management skills
- Ability to analyze data and draw relevant conclusions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in leading matrix project teams and driving continuous improvement

Category Analyst – Indirect Procurement

As a Category Analyst - Indirect Procurement, you will play a crucial role in providing support to various teams by analyzing critical metrics, generating new ideas for value creation, and delivering key insights to drive procurement value. You will work closely with the Sr. Director, Indirect PMO leader to support the global indirect procurement team, focusing on program analytics and business process improvements.
