Responsibilities:
- Process employee records in our internal databases. Create new accounts and manage access permissions Compensation, payroll, hiring and termination process Keep track of employee experience, employee benefits, audits, reports Maintain database of disciplinary actions of staff Staff turnover control
Requisitos:
- At least 1 year of experience in HR process Fluency in verbal and written communication English (b2+) Customer service expertise Strong communication, organizational Possess strong problemsolving skills. Demonstrate personal time management skills.
