West Monroe Partners has an immediate opening for a Contract Administrator.

This individual will be responsible for all contract administration and the contract database as well as, under attorney review and specified parameters, preparing, revising and negotiating form and other documentation.


Duties include:


  • Maintain, file, and track all contracts for the firm, including but not limited to contract renewals, terminations, and database and file management (on SharePoint, Salesforce, and various DocuSign tools)
  • Track and close projects in Salesforce in a timely manner
  • Provide contract summaries, monitor contract end dates, ensure proper contract execution, and work with internal West Monroe team members to run legal document audits
  • Communicate the status of agreements to necessary stakeholders and verify their understanding and acceptance of the legal and business terms of the agreements
  • Review and process requests for system and resource access for all contractors
  • Review terms of RFPs and provide reminders to the internal business stakeholders
  • Confirm, monitor, and document legal training compliance for all West Monroe employees
  • Draft, prepare, and revise basic legal agreements in conjunction with supervising attorney
  • Develop and execute processes to increase efficiency and scalability for the internal legal department
  • Assist with ad hoc legal team requests, including preparation for upcoming internal meetings
  • Main point of contact for administration of West Monroe's DocuSign esignature and search tools
  • Other legal tasks, as requested

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Paralegal certificate from an ABAapproved program a plus.
  • Four or more years inhouse experience administering complex commercial contracts; experience with professional services and IT contracting highly desirable
  • Sound, practical business judgment, and a problemsolving, client focused, results oriented approach
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, and to listen actively
  • Comfortable working with senior management as well as consulting and technical staff
  • Excellent customer services skills and ability to explain legal concepts to nonlegal individuals. Excellent document reviewing and proofreading skills
  • Strong skills at business writing, including spelling and grammar
  • Able to work independently with mínimal supervision. Function on an independent basis and be a team player, ability to prioritize multiple tasks at hand
  • Flexible and effective in a challenging and constantly changing environment
  • Strong organizational and priority setting skills
  • Processoriented; superior attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent team worker with good interpersonal skills
  • Skilled in MS Office Products
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and knowledge of SharePoint and Salesforce. Knowledge of DocuSign a plus.
