How will you make an impact?


The Procurement Analytics Manager will play a key role in the development and execution of the analytics strategy across the Source to Pay landscape.

Through collaboration with internal and external partners, this individual will oversee the end-to-end analytics landscape, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support insight-driven initiatives across Procurement.


What will you do?

  • Own the endtoend analytics strategy, execution, and governance across Procurement, including spend analytics, and integrated insights across source to pay.
  • Closely partner with Procurement's Analytics Center of Excellence, IT, external partners, and across the Global Procurement team to understand business needs, document requirements, define success measurements, establish priorities, and drive change.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Procurement Analytics landscape, leveraging lean methodologies
  • Assess and highlight opportunities and priorities for process improvements, standardization, and increased adoption related to insights within Procurement
  • Produce an overall data analytics strategy, inclusive of business & technical requirements, success measurements, leverage internal and external insights to develop an analytics roadmap over a 35 year horizon
  • Drive adoption of analytics tools through development of training programs and materials

How will you get here?
Education

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in business, analytics, Data Science, IT, finance, engineering or Supply Chain
  • Minimum 5 years proven experience in Procurement or Supply Chain analytics, as well as procurement principles and strategy
  • 5 years experience working in Procurement or Supply Chain strongly preferred

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Exceptional technical and problemsolving skills, especially related to complex data challenges across many technological platforms
  • Ability to translate complex data sets into consumable and actionable insights for a broad population
  • Ability to efficiently organize forums and coordinate communication with team members
  • Excellent communication skills for structuring ideas in a clear and concise manner with technical and functional partners are various levels of the organization
  • Experience managing technical projects in a matrixed environment
  • Robust project management skills and capabilities (Gantt charts, dashboards, key deliverables, business case development)
