- Extensive experience in engineering leadership roles, demonstrating a track record of successfully delivering complex software solutions.
- Strong technical background and expertise in cloud-native technologies, such as Kubernetes, microservices, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven ability to lead and inspire engineering teams, driving innovation, collaboration, and high-performance culture.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering impactful results.
