Hybrid Work Environment:

Role Overview:

This position entails direct oversight of production activities and management of line personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure operational efficiency and standardization.
• Oversee production quality and manage line personnel.
• Evaluate and implement process improvements to minimize defects and enhance yields.
• Adhere to established procedures for each operation while maintaining organized and clean work areas.
• Lead problem-solving initiatives related to complaints, defects, scrap, or productivity issues.
• Promote employee safety initiatives, including rotation programs and safety equipment usage.
• Support the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) management system by understanding and applying EHS policies.
• Provide constructive feedback to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Desired English proficiency: 80%.
• Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies and Lean tools such as 5S, CQE, or APICS certification is preferred.
