We're looking for Project Managers specialized in various industries: Supply Chain, Health, Technology and Cybersecurity.

As a part of our Business Transformation and Execution team, you will participate in international assignments leading projects and programs for our clients, some of the biggest global market players.

You will be assisting our clients through their transformation and organization change journey.

You will also be a part of a team creating industry-leading solutions in the area of widely understood project management services.

To be eligible for the position you must have:

2-3 years leading/managing projects OR 3-5 years working in a PMO in any capacity
Reporting and Presenting specialist
Quick learner
Storytelling
Microsoft SharePoint
Microsoft Teams expert
Microsoft Excel Intermediate
Microsoft Project
Experience working with international teams, preferably in multiple time zones.
Advanced command of the English language (minimum B2, desired C1).
Team management skills, leadership, monitoring & control, ensure deliverables are handed per the schedule.
Strong organizational skills & Time management skills.
Knowledge in agile methodologies (scrum, agile, etc).
Academic background in Industrial Engineering, Administration.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (desired but no required).
Works well under pressure
Proactive
Schedule availability.

Requirements for Supply Chain PMO:

Budgeting expert.

Understands GMP

Good Manufacturing Practices. Guidelines provide minimum requirements that a pharmaceutical manufacturer must meet to ensure that the products are high quality and do not pose a risk to the consumer or public. Some leadpractice methods are to ensure their products are packaged and labeled correctly, are uncontaminated, and have the ingredients and strength they claim to have.

Six Sigma

Green or Black Belt.

Requirements for Health PMO:

Bioinformatics or Cheminformatics knowledge.

Understands GLP

Good Laboratory Practices. International quality management controls for research laboratories to ensure uniformity, consistency, reproducibility of products in development for human or animal health.

Requirements for SCRUM Master/Technology

Software Development Lifecycle
Atlassian JIRA
Atlassian Confluence knowledge IT

Requirements for Cybersecurity PMO

Knowledge and Background Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Knowledge of SAP basic's
Understanding of Second Factor Authentications
ITIL Foundations
