- Organize and execute creative images for high end advertising for print, digital, web, photography, and e-commerce.
- Creative retouching tools, procedures, and capabilities for image compositing, manipulation, and color adjustments in RGB and CMYK.
- Utilize masking, selections, adjustment layers, custom curves, channels, layer sets, and organizing proper layer structure.
- Responsible to attend Pre-Production and Production Kick-Offs internal and externally.
- 6+ years of retouching experience in an agency or production company
- College or University diploma in graphic, packaging, or communication design is preferred.
- Expert understanding of all file formats, color profile, and industry-pre-press standards.
- Focused on Team Development and Leadership presence.
- Strong problem-solving ability. A demonstrated track record of gaining trust and respect by consistently demonstrating sound critical-thinking skills and maintaining composure in stressful situations.
- Excellent team management skills with ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including strong presentation skills.
