We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a
Microsoft Exchange Administrator

Requirements:

Deep understanding of Microsoft M365 solution stack
Advanced knowledge of task planning and team productivity tools, as well as how they can be applied in Agile and nonAgile organizational contexts
Experience with collaborating tasks involving multiple teams
ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST

In partnership with your fellow team members, your duties will include:

Driving and administering changes to our Exchange Online, Mimecast, Reporting and Compliance tools.
Driving and administering changes to our task planning and team productivity suite, which includes Trello, Planner, Project, and more.
Recommending, implementing, and configuring monitoring, alerting, and selfrecovery solutions and thresholds
Identifying and supporting opportunities to implement automation capabilities to reduce manual work and human error.
Anticipating industry direction and evolving customer needs to implement emerging technologies using Change Management disciplines
Implementing and maintaining security controls within the M365 tenant, including user access and permissions, data protection, and compliance with organizational security policies and standards.
