Descripción

• Interacts with internal clients via email, phone and internal sources of communication, with employees located abroad.
  
• Contributes with the company's project development and deployment.
  
• Task prioritization.
  
• Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  
• Contributes to team effort by meeting personal performance indicators, including follow up to ensure timely and efficient resolutions are delivered.
  
• Researches based on business needs to obtain specific details.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (or very close to completing), Electric/Electronic Engineering is also acceptable.
  
• Great communication skills along with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  
• Good command of English B2+ and above is acceptable.
  
• Enthusiastic, self-starter who is effective in working both independently and as part of a team.
  
• Advanced experience using MS Office Package, especially Excel (creating Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP's).
  
• Previous experience with SharePoint.
  
• Experience in a technological products manufacturing environment is desired.
  
• SAP Material Management and BoM knowledge is a relevant plus.
  
• Attention to detail.
