- You will be responsible for managing and executing all phases of a market research study, including briefing and identifying objectives, study design (methodology), questionnaire development, survey programming (where necessary), fieldwork coordination, analysis, and writing consultative reports and presentations to uncover insights and communicate them to internal clients.
- To achieve this, you will conduct several market research projects for different therapeutic areas, pipeline management, and functional areas, such as Therapy Monitors, ATUs, Market Landscaping, Patient Flows, Market Sizing, Advisory Boards, Corporate Reputation, Patient View, and internal surveys for different enabling functions, among others, assigned by your Line Manager according with department workload and business priorities.
- You will provide high-quality customer and market insights into Roche ́s target markets in CCAV, thereby helping key internal stakeholders make informed strategic decisions.
- You will use Market Research methodologies, both qualitative/quantitative, and "outside-the-box" thinking to help answer complex business questions.
- You will execute the administrative processes related to all CCAV market studies (such as requests for quotations, creation of SoW, requests for POs, tracking invoices from selected suppliers, MAP process, etc.) and ensure compliance with Pharmacovigilance, Quality, Legal, and Procurement requirements.
