- Provide strategic counsel and support to managers across the LATAM region on performance management, disciplinary actions, investigations, reductions-in-force, and other complex employee relations issues.
- Develop and implement culturally sensitive employee relations policies, procedures, and guidelines tailored to the unique needs of the LATAM market.
- Ensure operational consistency by reviewing formal documentation and strategies for addressing employee relations inquiries across the region.
- Collaborate with HR partners, legal counsel, and business leaders to resolve escalated or complex employee relations matters effectively.
- Lead the planning and execution of performance management processes, disciplinary actions, and terminations in the LATAM region, ensuring compliance with local regulations and organizational policies.
- Conduct needs assessments, design, and deliver training programs for supervisors on best practices in employee relations.
- Analyze data, identify trends, and work with HR partners to develop recommendations for improving employee relations strategies.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 6-8 years of progressive experience in employee relations within a multinational organization, preferably in the LATAM region.
- Proven ability to resolve conflicts and effectively manage sensitive employee relations situations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Experience working in a matrixed organizational structure.
