Key job responsibilities
As a Custom Offer Specialist, you will have the opportunity to:

Create impactful customer offers on Amazon Business in collaboration with the Product and Business team.
Enhance the visibility and accuracy of offer listing through content correction and improvement.
Drive process improvement and innovation by leveraging data and insights to inform the internal team.
Collaborate with Sales representatives and Product teams to gather requirements and shape the product roadmap to enhance the customer experience.
Provide valuable support to Amazon Business Partners by answering questions and guiding them on custom offer features.
