Role Purpose


This position is a Key in IWS department, for development projects, prepare and monitor new quotes, profitability and commercial strategies.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the Business Development Manager in the development and implementation of commercial strategies for the storage, valueadded and local distribution product.
  • Work with the operations to ensure that all operational parameters such as resources, productivity, sizing,are correctly taken into account in new offers.
  • Support in the analysis of financial statements and occupation for each sector to identify the sectors that require new clients.
  • Monitor monthly profitability per account and commercial conditions agreed in the contract.
  • Prepare customized quotes with the support of the operations, IT, Security, Local Distribution, Engineering, Legalareas.
  • Support the Sales Executive in the development of technical proposals.
  • Participate in visits to clients together with the Sales Executive when that is necessary.
  • Support the Sales Executive or Commercial Manager in the presentation of proposals to clients.
  • Clarify doubts with the client about the quote.
  • Ensure high quality service to customers.
  • Others that the Boss determines appropriate according to the operation and needs of the client.

Skills/Requirements:


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in similar positions related to manufacturing, warehouse and logistics processes.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
  • Must be fluent in English language B2+
  • Proficient Power BI and Microsoft Office Excel (Macros).
  • Great analytical and problem solving skills.
