About this role
As Computer Science Engineer - EDI analyst, you will support one of our clients. You will be in charge of understanding client's processes, do troubleshooting to SAP technical related issues, and propose solutions.


What You'll Do

  • Stay abreast of DevOps EDI service trends, build credibility, and retain client loyalty by providing the best service experience in the industry
  • Inform customers about emerging technologies and services and the implications of these on their current business environment
  • Team with customers and other DXC teams to assess concerns and/or requirements and develop specific strategies to meet needs
  • Maintain the DXC standard for customer uptime and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the DevOps Team during the construction, testing and implementation phases with a continuous focus on quality and reusability (building blocks).

Who you are?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering.
  • Troubleshooting skills: Analyze and use logical procedures to troubleshoot customer reported problems, identify problems/issues and find solutions.
  • Project Management Skills:
  • Ability to communicate with customers, vendors, team members and management.
  • Familiar with the MS Office Suite
  • Working knowledge with a scripting language like PowerShell, Ruby, Python is beneficial.
  • Learn new technologies and performing (proof of concept) POC's
  • Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices and processes is beneficial.
In addition to the basic qualifications noted above, we find that individuals who are successful in this role have:

  • Experience working with Python
  • Previous experience working with SAP ERP
  • Scrum, ITIL
  • Previous experience working under DevOps Model
