Job Overview:
The Moody's Design Studio is seeking a talented and experienced Motion Graphics Designer with a strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, C4D and other MoGraph tools to join our dynamic creative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating innovative and compelling motion graphics for a variety of high impact, high profile platforms, including social media, digital signage, and video. The role requires a collaborative team player with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks who can contribute to the overall creative process and deliver high-quality animated content that aligns with our brand vision.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Design and create engaging motion graphics for animated and video deliverables (social media promos, digital signage, video)

• Collaborate closely with the video, design and social media teams to understand project scope and objectives.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about latest graphic design techniques.

• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards.

• Effectively communicate ideas, concepts, vision and feedback.

• Experience in video (Premiere/Resolve) and audio (Audition) editing

• Experience with GenAI assisted MoGraph

• Helping on video shoots with cameras, lights, microphones,

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphic Design or a related field.

• Proven experience working as a Motion Graphics Designer and creating content for Live Streams

• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills.

• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• Knowledge of 2D/3D animation techniques is a must.

• Detail-oriented individual with a passion for design.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work well in a team and communicate one's ideas clearly.

• Must be able to multi-task and maintain a positive attitude under tight deadlines.

• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
