Associate Sourcing role based in San José, Costa Rica is an entry level position for passionate and innovative people looking for learning and development in this area.

What you will do:

  • Assist with business development activities.
  • Work closely with senior management and clients to create customized procurement and supply chain solutions.
  • Participate on the planning, preparation and recommendation processes for action plans and help clients to implement them.
  • Analyze client spend data and create deliverables for projects.
  • Understand and translate client needs to provide flawless services.
  • Work with senior management to develop selling tools for key clients.
  • Work with Corporate Communications to increase awareness of our services.

What you should bring:

  • Bachelor's degree (or in progress) in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field with a GPA of 3.3 or above.
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated highly motivated team player with the ability to work with mínimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS

Office Suite:
including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, English is a must.

OTHER SKILLS

  • Good organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Selfstarter, sense of urgency, works well under pressure, ability to work in highvelocity environment.
  • Knowledge of project management and sourcing/supply chain.
  • Effective influencer who can make persuasive arguments.
  • Negotiation skills includes building eAuction strategies.
  • Excellent communication written and verbal.
