Your Role:

Air Logistics Specialist Quick support local team and USA control towers to confirm priority packages information within logistics chain.

Your Responsibilities:

- + Responsible for data accuracy: analyzing, checking, preparing, adjusting/correcting, and entering correct data.

Request package information to vendors and/or carriers, mostly by calls or internet tracking.
Follow up issues and escalate accordingly.
Execution of tasks in internal systems based on documentation/instructions.
Ability to easily read the documentation and seek the information on them.
When needed, decision making in case of task exceptions.
Work closely with superiors and teammates to deliver high level of service to our customers.

The schedule we offer:
Thursday to Monday 11:00pm to 6:00am (Off Tuesday and Wednesday)

Your Skills and Experiences:

- + High school diploma.

Advance English level - written and oral.
Intermediate Excel level.
Ability to work with demanding deadlines.
Proven analytical and problem solving skills.
Detail oriented.
Team work.
Effective communicator.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Eager to challenges and learn a new process.
Schedule flexibility.
