- Provide support to NAM and SCA regions by analyzing and resolving support tickets
- Identify areas for improvement
- Participate in regional meetings and projects
- Test new releases impacting Air Logistics Staff
- Solve escalated tickets from First Level Support
- Introduce new ideas to the Global Airfreight Systems Team
- Drive improvement projects and initiatives
- Optimize, simplify, or automate processes to reduce errors
- Enhance system functionalities and features
- Ensure local setups align with geographic RAC's
- Act as a communication link between KN GS HER and the Global Airfreight Systems Team
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field preferred
- Expertise in collaboration tools
- Experience in customer service and communication
- Understanding of business processes
- Knowledge of KN Air Logistics systems
- 2-3 years of experience in KN organization preferred
- Minimum 2-5 years of Air Logistics knowledge
- Advanced English proficiency
