3M is seeking a Marketing Technology Specialist for the Digital Operations Team. This position will be located in Belen, Heredia as part of our Global Service Center in Costa Rica. This position is part of our Consumer Business Group > Content Readiness Team, ensuring people, process, tools, and data are enabled to keep up with always changing retailer data requirements.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Creating and maintaining dynamic dashboards and reporting to capture relevant KPIs and metrics.

Building APIs to send activities and data from systems of record to reporting tools.

Enabling effective prioritization of work based on data-driven insights.

Developing and maintaining documentation of core best practices.

Skills and Experienced Required:

A keen eye for recognizing errors and discrepancies others might miss.

Ability to think critically and manage multiple deadlines independently.

Detail oriented.

Outstanding organizational skills & passion for accuracy—every data detail matters.

Communication skills.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university OR 2 years of experience in Content Management, Content Marketing, or Database Administration.

English Level: B2+/C1.

Advance Excel (Pivots, Vlookup, Formulas)

2+ years of experience in document management.

1+ years of experience in Power BI.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with eCommerce or eMerchandising experience is a plus

Familiarity with Teradata, Salsify, Syndigo, GS1
