- Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce CRM environment
- Develop and implement enhancements to system workflows and objects
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to the CRM system and quality assure their resolution
- Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of defects along with new development requests
- Assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce CRM along with all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
- Draft and maintain guides for CRM usage and system management
- Identify opportunities for optimization and automation that improve servicing of clients
- Drive initiatives that improve the sales experience and maximize performance
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience administering and customizing Salesforce CRM system (2+ years preferred).
- Salesforce Administrator Certified
- Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, objects, and workflows
- Experience with Agile methodologies with Jira and Confluence
- Proficient in SQL, HTML, and JavaScript.
- Adept at intaking sometimes vague requirements and turning them into practical solutions.
- Expert in driving results through meticulous planning and execution
- Prior experience building business solutions in Salesforce, SharePoint or Excel
- Experience with Ajax or the Lightning Framework it a big plus.

Salesforce CRM Automation Specialist with success in maintaining customer relationship management software to ensure the systems best performance and optimization of the overall experience. In this role you will be responsible for executing day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the CRM platform. The Salesforce Administrator will work cross functionally with organizational leaders and subject matter experts to build transformational processes that deliver sales effectiveness. We're looking for a passionate business problem solver. If you're the type that gets bothered seeing a 3-step process because you know that with a little configuration you can automate it down to one or two steps, then we're looking for you.
