    We are in search of a dedicated, proactive, and results-oriented Administrative Assistant with strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a passion for delivering top-notch administrative and project support to their assigned executive and team.
    This role operates in a dynamic environment, so we need someone with outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills, adept at multitasking and anticipating their executive's needs.

    This is a temporary remote position for 6 months.

  • 2-4 years of administration experience (supporting multiple executives and/or senior management)
  • Strong focus on customer service
  • Consistent track record of exceeding expectations
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability
  • Capacity to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)

  • Responsibilities include:

    The Administrative Assistant will develop strong partnerships within the team, assist in various projects, collaborate with departments, and manage high-priority meetings. Creative problem-solving, effective decision-making, and project management abilities are crucial to balance multiple tasks.

    Success in this role requires proactive and creative thinking, understanding business needs, and delivering optimal results.

    Impact You'll Make:

    Specific Responsibilities:

  • Prepare executive's daily schedules and prioritiesEnsure efficient use of executive's time
  • Work closely with the executive, keeping them informed and following up on their responsibilities
  • Organize department meetingsInitiate and communicate department meetingsFollow up on actionable items post meetings
  • Coordinate meetings for senior-level management and others in the organizationArrange logistics for various events
  • Schedule meetings with external companies
  • Manage complex travel plans for domestic and international tripsHandle executive's expenses and credit card accounts
  • Coordinate food and beverage requests for meetings
  • Manage internal technology/toolsRespond to inquiries and ad hoc requests
  • Book travel accommodations for teamsOrganize external meetings, interviews, and events
  • Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
