Job Description:


What you'll be doing

  • Skimmimg and scanning consumer ́s correspondence in order to determine appropriate queue to route to.
  • Analyzing and recognizing valid proof documents.
  • Assisting consumers in an efficient and timely manner, treating consumer ́s information with professionalism, ensuring its security and privacy.
  • Complying with outlined procedures, guidelines, laws and regulatory policies.

COVID-19 is creating unprecedented circumstances. We're monitoring the situation closely and the safety of our employees remains our top priority. The hiring process, training, and employment will be handled remotely. This means if offered the position, you will begin working from home. However, please keep in mind that this position will likely transition back to our office located at Centro Corporativo El Cafetal ll, Costa Rica once it has been deemed safe to return from the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Qualifications

  • 1 year Backoffice experience. (required)
  • Excellent English communication skills (required)
  • High School Diploma.
  • Organized and detail oriented. Display ability to learn rapidly and adapt quickly to evolving scenarios.
  • Ability of fast English reading comprehension skimming and scanning letters through.
  • Exceptional use of Hot Keys.
  • Professional behavior and attitude at all times.
  • Ability to follow guidelines from Supervisors.
  • Customer oriented with the ability to serve several areas of the business and several clients.
  • Exceptional ability to make fast and accurate decisions. Exceptional short term visual memory.
  • Goal oriented, proactive and committed to reaching high standards.
  • Must be able to clear the company's preemployment screening
